image of Katie Viviers, CEOI want to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to our St Vincent’s Healing, Hope and Humanity Christmas Appeal. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised nearly $190,000, providing dedicated support to 20 families in crisis accommodation and safe housing for three families in urgent need. Your compassion is a powerful force for change, helping survivors of domestic and family violence rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

We were proud to celebrate our second International Women’s Day event in March, bringing our community together under the theme ‘Accelerating Action’. It was a timely and moving reminder of how vital our work remains, and marked the launch of our new St Vincent’s Open Support Giving Group, an inspiring initiative to raise $1.45 million this year to ensure the sustainability of our programs. Our deepest thanks go to those who have already pledged their support for the years ahead.

We also feature two powerful stories that show the real impact of your support – from Marta’s journey from isolation to strength, to Nadine’s safe transition thanks to our partnership with Storage King. Together, we are creating safer spaces, stronger futures, and lasting change for women and children escaping violence. On behalf of all of us at St Vincent’s Open Support, thank you for standing with us.

Warm regards,

Katie Viviers
